Warranty Policy
At Ridhisha Computers Hub, we stand by the quality and reliability of our refurbished laptops and desktops. Every product sold by us is thoroughly tested, cleaned, and restored to ensure the best performance for our customers.
1-Year Limited Warranty
All refurbished laptops and desktops come with a 1-year warranty covering hardware components such as motherboard, RAM, hard drive, SSD, keyboard, screen, and other internal parts.
Note: The warranty does not cover the battery beyond the period mentioned below.
Battery Warranty
- Battery carries a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- Each device is guaranteed to provide a minimum backup of 1–2 hours.
- To achieve the full battery capacity, please complete 5–10 full charge cycles after purchase.
- Battery performance may vary based on system usage, applications, and age of the battery.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Any physical damage, such as cracks, dents, or broken parts.
- Liquid damage caused by water, beverages, or other fluids.
- Damage or burning due to voltage fluctuations, power surges, or improper power connections.
- Normal wear and tear or issues arising from misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
Warranty Claim Process

You will need to visit our store for inspection and repair between 10 AM and 8 PM. To avoid waiting time, please call and book a slot before your visit.
Our technicians will diagnose the issue and provide repair or replacement as per warranty terms. Depending on the nature of the issue, the resolution may take up to 10 days. We appreciate your cooperation.
